On 3 September 2026, the Dutch Cloud Community (DCC) and eco – Association of the Internet Industry invite you to a unique, members-only, in‑person Dutch‑German exchange on tackling online abuse.

This joint working group meeting brings together leading experts from industry, law enforcement, academia, and policy to bridge gaps, share proven approaches, and accelerate cross-border collaboration. From prevention and mitigation projects to real-world case studies and policy initiatives, participants will gain valuable insights into how both ecosystems are addressing abuse—and where collaboration can make the difference.

        The high-tech crime unit from the Dutch police informs the internetsector on possible high-risk customers. A talk on how this list comes into being and why hosting/cloud providers used Tails, VPN's, TOR and crypto for follow-up.

        Preventing abuse requires cooperation between the LEA and providers. The 'Capture the Red Flags' role-playing game helps to build trust and understanding between the LEA and providers by encouraging them to familiarise themselves with each other's roles and procedures.
