What is going on in the industry, and what the prognosis is for the future? – The data center industry is a remarkably youthful industry, which has seen enormous growth and upheaval in its mere 20-year history. Whereas the industry was, 20 years ago, characterized by many small independent players – the start-ups of yesterday – waves of consolidation through M&A activities have profoundly altered the landscape in today’s world. And we’re not at the end of the process yet.
